Welcome to Eureka Taekwondo!

Eureka Taekwondo is an organisation that teaches Traditional Taekwondo. We do not have lock in contracts or renew sign up fees.

We pride ourselves on teaching a traditional style, but also include boxing skills, take downs, and release techniques , although we are very proud of teaching the original 20 Chang Hon or Chon-Ji patterns, and traditional techniques, we also keep an open mind, and  if we see a move that is suitable and effective, we will certainly practice and teach those moves, as we believe that we can all learn from each other.

Eureka Taekwondo is an art suited to all ages and abilities—our Instuctors are trained to respect that we all have different capabilities and train their students to their individual levels.

In Eureka Taekwondo we also practice and teach one Karate Kata named Bassai Dai, as a way of respecting and honouring our Karate heritage.

We do not promote competition and tournaments, but understand that some people are interested in this side of martial arts, and we actually have some Black Belts and students that compete in tournaments and perform very well, and we are proud of them.

This is their business and done in their own private time and of their own free will.
